EOT Cranes :
We have well experienced team to design and Manufacture special purpose material handling equipment such as EOT/GANTRY/GOLIATH Cranes of higher capacity (up to 400T) with longer spans (around 50mtrs) and very high lifts (around 80mtrs) as per IS 807, 3177.
ASRS Systems :
We are experts in providing warehouse solutions including project planning, Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Commissioning and AMC of Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS)
Special Purpose Doors
Pedvak has ample experience in design and manufacture of special purpose doors like Blast Resistant Doors (STEEL/RCC/ Concrete filled Steel Doors) of Single/Double Leaf Swing/Sliding (Top Hung / Roller Sliding), Radiation & Acoustic Shielding Doors (Steel/Concrete/ HDPE/LEAD) of Single/Double Leaf Swing/Sliding (Top Hung /Roller Sliding) with Manual/Motorized operation.
Our design department / associates having decades of experience in design, development of Material Handling Equipment, Blast Resistant Doors, etc. The design department and our associates is equipped with adequate facilities and finite element analysis softwares (LS-DYNA/ABAQUS) etc.
Our designs conform to relevant National & International standards. Our designs/FEM reports will be vetted by professors of premier institutions such as IITs, etc. as per customer requirement
Integrated Security Systems (Vehicle Access Control Equipment):
Our ISSS team having wide experience in design and implementation of Integrated Security and Surveillance System including design, manufacturing of Vehicle Access Control Equipment ie. Crash Rated Bollards, Tyre killers, Road blockers, Crash Rated Automatic Sliding Gates and Camera Mounting Structures.
Pedvak has fully equipped fabrication facilities to manufacture various types of equipment and has a full-fledged in-house and operational test facility for the equipment.
The company strongly believes in strict quality control and we have developed quality control systems to monitor and control the quality at every stage of the production and commissioning as per the predefined quality assurance plan. The quality control systems are up to the standards of the third party inspection agencies like DRDO, NPCIL, ISRO, MECON, DNV, DASTUR, VSP, BHAVINI (Nuclear Power Plant), APGENCO, L&T, TATA, etc.
